I recently heard a highly regarded Tarot professional describe themselves as a ‘Fortune Helper’ rather than a ‘Fortune Teller’. This is how I see myself, and if you are thinking of booking a reading with me, you need to know that.

I see Tarot as a wonderful, beautiful tool that enables us to look at the options for the journey ahead rather than simply focus on the final destination... and when we have decided on that, and it IS our decision, then we can move forward into the light.

This means that I won’t be offering you a reading that begins, “...at 11.37 next Thursday morning you will meet a tall, dark, handsome stranger on Brighton beach.” If you are looking for that type of fortune telling reading then I am afraid that I can’t help you. BUT, if you are looking to Tarot to empower and enable you find the best in you that will help you to find that tall, dark, handsome stranger, then that is something that I am very keen to help you with (as long as that is your type of course!).

I read intuitively, rather than psychically, and subscribe to the following personal Code of Ethics (and reserve the right to refuse to read for anyone who is underage, or who asks me to do anything that contravenes this code):

1. •All readings remain confidential between the Client and the Reader;
   

2. •All readings will aim to empower the Client;
   

3. •All Clients are equal and will be treated with respect;
   

4. •As a Reader, I will be open minded, honest and remain non-Judgemental;
   

5. •A reading is not a substitute for professional advice, medical, legal, or financial, and I will suggest relevant professional advice if appropriate;
   

6. •Any payment will be discussed prior to the reading, will be reasonable and within the Client’s means;
   

7. •If at any time I feel unable to continue the reading I will withdraw tactfully;
   

8. •I will use Tarot responsibly, eg. I will not offer to remove or place curses;
   

9. •I will not perform readings for minors (under the age of 18);
   

10. •I will not provide readings for third parties.
