My Code of Ethics
I subscribe to the following set of ethics, as originally designed by the Tarot Association of the British Isles and reserve the right to refuse to read for anyone who is underage, or who asks me to do anything that contravenes this code:
- All readings remain confidential between the Querent and the Reader;
- All readings will aim to empower the Querent;
- All Querents are equal and will be treated with respect;
- As a Reader, I will be open minded, honest and remain non-Judgemental;
- A reading is not a substitute for professional advice, medical, legal, or financial, and I will suggest relevant professional advice if appropriate;
- Any payment will be discussed prior to the reading, will be reasonable and within the Querent’s means;
- If at any time I feel unable to continue the reading I will withdraw tactfully;
- I will use Tarot responsibly, eg. I will not offer to remove or place curses;
- I will not perform readings for minors (under the age of 18);I will not provide readings for third parties.
